GENERAL INFORMATION
Appointments
- Spa services available Wednesday
thru Saturday.
- For all spa services, please arrive
at least 10 minutes prior to your
appointment so you may prepare to
receive the full benefit of your
reservation time.
- If you are more then 10 minutes late for
your appointment, we may have to ask
that you reschedule or wait until the
next available opening.
- A credit card number is required to
reserve all spa services and packages.
- To assure your desired salon/spa
appointment date and time, we recommend
that you reserve your next service prior
to leaving Men's Groom Room.
Cancellations
- We understand that life
is unpredictable, but because our services
are reserved especially for you, we require
a 24 hour cancellation notice for any single
service, and a 48 hour cancellation notice
for multiple services or spa packages. Late
cancellations will result in a 15% charge.
Not showing for an appointment will result
in a 50% charge.
Gratuity
- Gratuities are always left to
the discretion of our clients, but very much
appreciated by your service provider.

Unless noted, gift certificates do not
include gratuity.

Though MGR does accept
credit cards, we prefer that all gratuities
are paid in cash.
